A new four-hand lunch at Le Montrachet
Our chef, Luc Filoé, will have the pleasure of welcoming Noël Mantel on the 26th and 27th October to prepare a "four-hand" menu which will replace the October menu for these two days.
Located in the heart of Cannes and only a hop, skip and a jump away from the Croisette and the Palais des Festivals, the Mantel restaurant, which is also a member of the Châteaux & Hôtels Collection, offers gourmet Mediterranean cuisine. In the following weeks, it will be Luc Filoé's turn to travel to Cannes to take command of the kitchens and offer Mantal's diners a Burgundian menu.
This is not Le Montrachet's first exchange. In 2014, we welcomed the Nice chef Keisuke Matsushima, who came to present French cuisine with a Japanese feel. Recently, in February 2016, the Italian chef Francesco Berardinelli came to propose a Toscan menu to Montrachet's diners.
